Playwatch Kids: Brain Breaks with Healthy Hip Hop

Playwatch Kids and JASON Learning have partnered to create supplemental videos and suggested activities focused on the importance of brain breaks on emotional and intellectual function. These engaging short-form videos and suggested activities support adults working with and caring for young children, providing helpful tools in developing their engagement with the world around them through providing opportunities for physical breaks throughout the day.

Brain Breaks are intentionally short moments in time to pause learning and guide young children with opportunities through song and movement to refresh and refocus. Within the Brain Break content you will find quick and engaging songs that lead children to clap, dance, and sing along to classics made modern or songs that reinforce early childhood skills.
